One on one/small group training is our training staff. Personal training sessions include but are not limited to speed training and position specific training for all sports .
Personal training sessions are hosted on Saturdays from 8am –12 p and Sundays 1p -4p weekly. Weekday classes available upon request .
8 Personal Training Sessions
$300 / Per Month
(Save $7.50 per session)
Basic Membership
$125 / Per Month
2 group sessions per week ; up to 8 sessions per month. Must be used within 30 day/ full calendar month . Monday thru Thursday weekly starting at 6 p (4p in the summer)
Elite Membership:
$200 / Per Month
Unlimited group sessions for the month, up to 4 classes per week Monday thru Thursday weekly starting at 6 p (4p in the summer ) Anytime group class any day!
Premier Membership:
$300 / Per Month
This membership includes the 2 group sessions per week as well as 4 personal sessions for the month .
