Group Training

Group training for athletes is of significant importance for various reasons.

Firstly, it provides a platform for children to engage in physical activities together, fostering social interaction and promoting teamwork. Through group training sessions, athletes learn valuable social skills, build friendships, and develop a sense of camaraderie with their peers.

Secondly, participating in group training can be motivating and inspiring for children as they witness their friends putting in effort and working towards common fitness goals. At Texas Footwork we encourage you to bring a friend or teammate to work out with. This healthy competition encourages them to push their boundaries and stay committed to their training regimen.

At Texas Footwork, our group training sessions are structured and organized workouts for 55 mins that take the athlete through strength, speed, and agility exercises for your time. Our coaches ensure your athlete receives proper guidance, techniques, and supervision from our trainers, leading to safe and effective exercise routines.

Our Vision

At Texas Footwork our main goal is to improve your speed, strength, and agility.  We emphasize footwork as the core of our training but we also focus on getting you faster.  Athletes that lack footwork struggle as they grow older and the competition increases.  Athletes with great footwork tend to dominate in their sport and earn college scholarships.  We train athletes as young as five years old to build a solid athletic foundation.
